It is possible to request Wifi accounts for clients/visitors' meetings for 5+ and above. 

  •  5+ people and above visitors, if lesser use Sponsorship.
  •  Account active max 1 day.
  •  Request 2 days before the meeting starts.



Step 1. Okta Dashboard > VICE Support > Top Right: New Ticket

Step 2 add clients' info in the ticket like so. 
  1. name & family name + E-Mail address. 
  2. name & family name + E-Mail address.    
  3. name & family name + E-Mail address. 
  4. name & family name + E-Mail address. 
  5. name & family name + E-Mail address. 
  6. +
  7. & Date event starts.


When there are issues connecting.
If there are any issues with the clients connecting with one of the wifi accounts, respond back on the same request ticket you did for the request with the following:

1. Client name and 2. Mac address of his/ x/ her device. "check the attachment of this mail where to find mac address."
