VICE Support Guide
This article is intended for users who are are trying to reach out for technical as well as other help.
You'll need the following requirement met before you can request help:
1. Have either a private e-mail address or a VICE-owned e-mail address.
If the above requirements are met, there are the two ways in which you can get help with our Support:
A.) Writing an E-MAIL:
- Write the e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected], both of these addresses work fine.
- Please use a subject that gives us a good idea of the problem.
- Provide a detailed description of the problem, IF POSSIBLE please include screenshots of any error message.
You can do this with a private e-mail and with a VICE business mail.
B.) Opening a TICKET:
- Please go to https://support.vice.com/support/home or select the 'VICE Support' App on your account's dashboard.
- Either select one of the two options below or press on the "New Ticket" button next to your name on the upper right-hand side.
- TIP: Requesting a service is a different kind of ticket because manager approval is required!

Make sure to select the correct category and respective workstream when creating the ticket, here you can see an example:
- Please use a subject that gives us a good idea of the problem.
- Provide a detailed description of the problem, IF POSSIBLE please include screenshots of any error message.
Now you will get a timely response and solution through VICE Support, make sure to check your ticket daily.
