If you're on a VICE company machine you should have access to the VICE IT Shop. This can be found either on your dock or by going to Finder > Applications.

In the VICE IT Shop app, search for the app you wish to install and select Install.

That's it! Some apps you can install may require a license to use it, for most software licenses you can find the option to request here and further information about creating those requests can be found here.
