Types of service requests could include but are not limited to:


  • Mailing/Distribution list changes 
  • Software/Hardware requests
  • Data access to a variety of sources


As an example, let’s put in a request for Adobe Acrobat Pro.


Select the VICE Support app from your VICE Login/Okta apps dashboard, you’ll be taken to the VICE Support page.


For submitting a service request, select either the Request New Service or Service Catalog options.


You’ll be taken to the Service Catalog. We want to request Adobe Acrobat so we’ll navigate to Software Requests.



From here you can select and request the software from the selection available, in this case it would be Adobe Acrobat Pro. Some software may require you to select your Vertical, if you're unsure of this information you should be able to find it in Workday or from your manager. Certain software may require your manager's, or other peoples approvals. In most cases the approval request will be sent automatically, if not a Support technician may ask you for more information.
