We have received reports that Google Drive may be experiencing issues in displaying files/folders when accessing the service via web browser.
If you are experiencing this issue, please follow this guide and install the Google Drive app for your computer which will show all files as normal once logged in.
The IT Team has investigated and reported the issue to our Google provider and it has been confirmed that the issue lies on Google's side. We will provide updates as we have them. If you have any questions or concerns, please submit them via the VICESupport Portal.
