For all new software development and third party vendor integration requests you should now open a ticket via VICE Support. These new tickets will allows us to better track questions and ensure timely response, and keeps emails from getting lost in inboxes. Please discontinue emailing the Infosec and CloudOps team directly for new software development and integration requests. A ticket form should be filled out for each new project.
For internal software development requests, please navigate to support.vice.com or select VICE Support from your Okta apps page, select Service Catalog, then IT Business Request, then Software Development Review.
For new integrations with a third party vendor, please navigate to support.vice.com or select VICE Support from your Okta apps page, select Service Catalog, then IT Business Request, then Third Party Vendor Review.
